We ship a few times per week and try to ship all items within 3 business days after receipt of a cleared payment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of items purchased and your zip code, plus a $1 handling charge per order. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, if the actual shipping cost was less than what was calculated, we will send you a refund for the extra shipping you paid. Currently, most items are shipped via the US Postal Service and some via UPS or Fed Ex.
All orders over $150.00 within the USA ship FREE, and local pickup/delivery is available, free of charge, for those living in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area (just ask).
International orders are welcome, and I do ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your package. I currently ship all international orders via the US Postal System, and you can choose First Class, Priority or Express shipping for your order.

Unfortunately, as of 2010 our physical store location closed, so all orders must be placed online. Orders made via this web site require payment by debit/credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER ONLY), and are processed through Paypal. We take great care in packaging your fragile items. Unfortunately, what happens to your items once they leave my hands is out of our control, and sometimes, items do break during shipment. If an item arrives broken or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. We will do our best to get you a replacement item as soon as possible, or issue you a monetary refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return a broken item, we will either ask to see a photo of the damaged item or have you ship the broken item back to us. When returning a broken item, Fairykins Collectibles will pay for/reimburse you for the cost to mail the broken item back. But, if you are returning an item because you purchased the wrong item(s) or no longer need/want the item(s), the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s).

- The color of items may appear sightly different from one computer screen to the next. Please note this if your item appears darker or lighter in real life. We try to use photos that resemble the item most accurately. Most photos are stock photos supplied by the company that makes the items.
