All items are carefully packaged and 100% insured via DSI Insurance, free of charge. I ship approximately 3 times per week and try to ship all items within 2-3 business days after receipt of a cleared payment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of items purchased and your zip code, plus a $1 handling charge per order. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, if the actual shipping cost was less than what was calculated, I will send you a refund for the extra shipping you paid. Currently, all items are shipped via Fed Ex or the US Postal Service.
All orders over $150.00 within the USA ship FREE, and local pickup/delivery is available, free of charge, for those living in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area.
International orders are welcome, and I do ship worldwide. However, you may want to contact me before you pay to make sure the correct shipping charge has been calculated for your order. * * PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for paying any fees, duties, taxes, VAT, that your country/local government charges when your order is received overseas. Return Policy...
I take great care in packaging your fragile items. Unfortunately, what happens to your items once they leave my hands is out of my control, and sometimes, items do break during shipment. If an item arrives broken or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days. I will do my best to get you a replacement item as soon as possible, or issue you a monetary refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
